This is a bicycle rack that will fit both 2-inch receivers, as shown here, and also 1-1/4 inch receiver hitches. A couple of nice features about this rack: it has all steel construction, it does tilt down, and the arms also tilt up and down for storage and for carrying bikes. These are tools that help you assemble the bicycle rack and install it on your trailer hitch. It also has a little Allen key, here.
